In contemporary society, workaholism is becoming an increasingly prevalent issue, exerting a negative influence on people's health and well-being. In the context of the Republic of Moldova, economic and social conditions may contribute to this phenomenon. This article analyzes the problem of workaholism in the context of the Republic of Moldova. Workaholism, as a pathological condition, is characterized by an excessive dedication to work, which often leads to negative consequences for health and quality of life. The article examines the main causes and consequences of workaholism in Moldova, as well as offering practical recommendations for addressing this phenomenon at both societal and individual levels.
