Abstract:
To ensure the quality of an inclusive educational process, it is essential to start from the idea of the social and professional responsibility of teaching staff. They should be prepared, supported, and empowered to use appropriate teaching technologies for adapting and differentiating the curriculum, assessment, and promotion of quality education. Ensuring inclusion in the educational environment requires teachers to develop and enhance a range of professional competencies to address the diverse needs of students, and assessment competence is an important aspect of the teaching profession.
