dc.description.abstract In this article based on the study of literature, we have tried to provide a clear picture of the phenomenon of stress and strategies to reduce it when organizing and conducting job interviews. Overall efforts of specialists in the field are focused both on prevention of stress, as well as on reducing stress by developing strategies for effective communication skills in organizing various types of interviews. In the interview are also outlined questions that appear most frequently in the job interviews and the correct way interviewees need to answer to obtain the desired job. en
