dc.description.abstract The present study is an analysis of exhaustion and burnout at the place of work as factors that are causing diseases. It was established that most often are subjected to negative occupational stress persons employed in social services (education, healthcare, social assistance). It was determined the degree of manifestation of psychological Burnout syndrome of various categories of professionals, being also analyzed the differences in the levels of emotional exhaustion, the way that personal requests and place of work requests may occur the burn-out syndrome. The analysis of the way in which an employee perceives the work environment, identifying factors that release the professional development enables the elaboration and implementation of a program that mitigates the professional burnout syndrome, which has proved its efficiency. en
