dc.description.abstract The given investigation proves the importance of creativity for reducing the professional stress of the social assistant. The research focuses on the theories that demonstrate the role of creativity in the formation and self-realization of the personality and the role of the profession ins motivation. We also make at attempt to reveal this perspective by an experimental investigation that emphasizes the correlation between creativity and the resistance to the professional stress of the social assistant. en_US
