Аннотации:
The article dwells on the problem of the psychological anti-stress training. It is evident that the training can be examined as a checked learning process for adults, which is supposed to end with the implementation of the gained knowledge and experience at their workplace. Going into detail, such a process supposes the existence of clearcut learning objectives (connected with a behavioral change) and the existence of clear steps to be covered by the participants. The process is guided by the well-known strategic “learning by doing”, but the protagonists are the teachers from the republic.
