Abstract

Separation of parents often ends up being the most traumatic moment a child goes through. This is because in most cases, parents who choose not to be a couple anymore do not reach a consensus regarding the education and maintenance of the children they share. How is the domicile of minor children established when the parents live separately, but also what is the basis of the court decision when the court is exposed on the side of this subject? These questions come up every time in such situations. The presented case study model can be useful for specialists involved in solving similar situations.
