Abstract:
The phenomenon of domestic violence has negative implications for the individual, as well as for the family and society, with a much greater spread than it has been believed, which does not take into account territorial, social or economic barriers. Both at internationally and nationally level it has been recognized that domestic violence is a serious phenomenon that affects the fundamental human rights, adopting a series of regulations in order to prevent and eradicate this phenomenon. However, the issue of domestic violence continues to be a stringent one for moldovan society, requiring a deeper approach at the theoretical and practical level. In this article, the authors undertake a multispectral analysis of this phenomenon, elucidating the gaps in the matter and coming up with solutions to remedy them.
