dc.description.abstract	The article presents semantic peculiarities of phraseological unit with zoonymic components, collected in the field from the Ukrainian dialects of the villages of Râşcani district in the Republic of Moldova. It is proven that the basis for creation of the phraseological units with dialectal zoonym components is a metaphorical transfer of the meaning of the zoonym.Their main types are presented and analyzed next.	en
