dc.description.abstract Asigurarea sistemului educaţional la toate nivelurile de învăţământ cu personal didactic, ştiinţifico-didactic şi managerial calificat, competent şi competitiv, îmbunătăţirea formării profesionale iniţiale şi asigurarea calităţii programelor de formare a cadrelor didactice conform standardelor de calitate şi nu în ultimul rând consolidarea coeziunii socio-educaţionale pentru educaţie de calitate prin conjugarea eforturilor tuturor factorilor şi actorilor procesului educaţional prevederile Strategiei Educaţia 2030, care vine să răspundă expectanţelor angajatorului. În acest context, la nivel naţional s-au elaborat o serie de prevederi legislative, care asigură această racordare. Articolul analizează conexiunea dintre documentele reglatoare şi evidenţiază locul şi rolul competenţelor de evaluare în profilul de competenţă a cadrului didactic. ro
dc.description.abstract Ensuring the educational system of all levels of education with qualified, competent and competitive didactic, scientific-didactic and managerial staff, improving initial professional training and ensuring the quality of teacher training programs according to quality standards and last but not least, strengthening social cohesion -educational for quality education by combining the efforts of all the factors and actors of the educational process, the provisions of the Education 2030 Strategy, which comes to meet the expectations of the employer. In this context, a series of legislative provisions have been developed at the national level, which ensure this connection. The article analyzes the connection between the regulatory documents and highlights the place and role of assessment skills in the teacher's competence profile.
