The evolution of historical processes, in the second half of the twentieth century, conditioned a previously unknown development of the theme of Human Rights, so that, according to some authors, it became a "religion of the end of the century." It has materialized mainly in the following documents: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a number of international pacts on economic, social, cultural or civil and political rights. Profound transformations have taken place and continue to take place in the "universe" of humanity, because humanity, more sensitive and sensitized than ever in its previous history, intends to eliminate phenomena that blatantly threaten human beings, freedom and dignity, phenomena between which includes racism, violence, inequality, discrimination in its various forms of manifestation.
