Abstract

Issues related to the leadership of social processes have troubled people's minds at all stages of historical development, disturb people at the present stage and will be debated in the future, no matter what level of leadership we are talking about, because nothing can be more interesting and useful. than the effective influence on the behavior of man, social group or nation as a whole. Among the scientific branches that approach, from various perspectives, the leadership process, sociology also takes its place. It is necessary to mention the fact that among the specialists there is no consensus in treating the term “leadership” and the concept “sociology of co-leadership”. The views expressed are so diverse that some researchers even deny the need for such a sociological branch.
