Аннотации:
The international recognition of human rights meant at the same time the assumption of international obligations for the member states of organizations of such scope, including for the Republic of Moldova, which is a member of the United Nations and other international organizations with competences in the field of human rights. The main task of state policy, aimed at ensuring human rights, is to create the conditions that would allow human rights and freedoms to be fully realized, and society to monitor the activity of the state power, its authorities and officials. We believe that an important role in ensuring the effective protection of human rights in our state belongs to the human rights protection mechanisms within the United Nations Organization. In this article, the authors elucidate some peculiarities of the collaboration of the Republic of Moldova with the human rights protection mechanisms within the United Nations Organization, as well as some existing difficulties in the matter, formulating a series of recommendations in order to remedy the existing gaps.
