Аннотации:
The article discusses the principle of non-aggression (non-use of armed force and the threat of armed force) and the principle of peaceful settlement of international disputes, enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, the 1970 UN General Assembly Declaration on Principles of International Law Concerning Friendly Relations and Co-operation among States in Accordance with the UN Charter, the 1974 Declaration on the Definition of Aggression, showing the cause-effect relationship of these fundamental principles of international law. The subject is related to the current Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which started on 24.02.2022 and has been going on until now, a war that overturns the authority of contemporary international law and the fundamental principles of non-aggression and peaceful settlement of international disputes.
