Аннотации:
In this paper we analyzed the possibilities of capitalizing on the human potential of higher education institutions in Moldova in the context of implementing innovative changes in the market. Thus, higher education institutions in the country have to demonstrate competence, competitiveness and sustainability, are required to implement new technologies, new teaching methods, to attract new students, to develop the potential of teachers, but also to strive for achieving the highest possible level of performance. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, qualitative research. In conclusion, we can reiterate that universities are the pillars that can ensure the growth of an economy, are those inducements that form, model and ensure professional skills to future employees. Therefore, it is extremely necessary for teachers to be competent, to be able to provide students with the necessary information through modern teaching methods, to develop those competencies that would helpstudents to enter the field of work more easily and to meet the requirements of employers.
