The tourist being as a client of a 3 star hotel selects from the range of hotel services the highest quality, offered at a high level. The tourist is satisfied when his wishes are satisfied by the hotel staff, who are trained and instructed high level. The tourist choosing a 3 star hotel, must be convinced that the tourist hotel services he will have during his stay, will be according to his preferences and want those that the tourist requested during the choice of the hotel. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, qualitative research. In conclusions we can mention that the quality of services provided by a 3-star hotel must always be constantly increasing, by implementing quality growth strategies.
