Entrepreneurial environment is perceived as a competitive field, centered on a profit, too little having to do with ethics. But however lately there are new requirements imposed by the complexity of firms operating system and it generates new behaviors, origins which should be ethical conduct. The purpose of this study is pointing and shaping all aspects of Business Ethics analyzed at micro and macro level. In this empirical study were used qualitative methods such as documentation, observation, deduction, abduction. Results of the study outlines the role of massive and even stringent ethical conduct in business.
