In this work have been reviewed scientific-methodological aspects of developing strategies for Presona opportunities. In this paper, we analyzed the strategic management of human resources through the need to develop human resources strategies at the enterprise. Also, we proposed an algorithm for implementing the strategy of the enterprise personnel. The research methodology focused on use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, abduction, empirical research. The research highlights concrete way of implementing the HR strategy to business. These strategies antohtone enterprises, it becomes necessary given that, currently, competitiveness is ensured through the prism of human resources and the efficient use of human resources.
