In this paper I analyzed the effects of coaching to achieve firm performance. Thus, we highlight that companies currently are focused on achieving performance on developing relationships with employees to increase productivity. Thus, coaching is a crucial element for companies seeking to enhance performance, increase productivity. This method helps employees learning new things, the development of human potential. The research methodology has focused on the use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, abstraction scientific, empirical research. The analyzes effectuate we can mention that the application of a company's management coaching competitive is already a necessity and a condition of viability in the competitive battle.
