Abstract:
In the present paper the most important elements of the innovative culture of the young specialists were elucidated, the necessity to invest in the creation, modelling and formation of the innovation culture within the higher education institutions was demonstrated. The necessity of researching these issues is imperative, because with the desire to join the international standards, with the necessity to meet the requirements of the overseas specialized organizations, it is essential to form a theoretical and applicative basis, to substantiate this field of innovation, which can only be modelled by way of the capitalization of the innovative culture of young specialists that contribute to the formation of the innovative potential of the higher education institution. The methods used to build this research are: induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, abduction, comparison, the graphic method, the tabular method. In conclusion, we would like to mention that the innovative culture of young specialists contributes to achieving sustainability in higher education.
