Аннотации:
The present paper investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of the innovative culture of young specialists within the higher education institutions. In addition, the results of a study conducted within USARB in order to develop the innovative culture of young specialists were as well analyzed. In this context, we must mention that innovative culture represents a success factor, a factor contributing to achieving sustainability within a higher education institution. Therefore, we must point out the fact that by developing innovative culture, universities can generate innovations and can ensure a sustainable development. The research methods used were: analysis, synthesis, quantitative analysis, induction, deduction. Finally, we must highligh that, by capitalizing on the innovative environment within universities, we can ensure sustainable development and competiti-veness of higher education institutions.
