In the present paper were reviewed the conceptual-methodological elements of the organizational culture which is a decisive factor in ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises. The aim of the paper is to research the elements, factors, models of organizational culture as a result of ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises. In this context, the conceptual landmarks of the organizational culture, the classification criteria, the influencing factors but also the models of the organizational cultures were analyzed. Thus, the research methodology focused on the use of several methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, documentation. The aim was also to determine a concrete strategy for sustainable development within the company, that will be able to contribute to ensuring the sustainability of the company and to increasing its image.
