This paper is a scientific proof of the need for small and medium enterprises to adapt quickly to change in terms of consolidating organizational culture. The purpose of the research is to investigate the possibilities of resizing the management system of small and medium enterprises in Moldova in order to strengthen the organizational culture. The paper treats organizational culture as a success factor in achieving organizational performance by small and medium enterprises. At the same time, the small and medium enterprises sector in Moldova, with the pandemic crisis, need a revitalization, a resizing of the management system, as a whole, in order to increase organizational performance. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction, deduction, abduction, comparative method, graphics.
