Abstract

The article examines the principles and forms of international protection of foreigners in the light of Law R. Moldova, in force, no. 270/2008 on asylum in the Republic of Moldova. The criteria for inclusion, exclusion and cancellation of refugee status, humanitarian protection, temporary protection, political asylum, the rights of refugees and beneficiaries of international protection are delimited.
