The article identifies various approaches to the concept of lifelong learning, the role of ongoing education of teachers for professional and personal development in the vision of several scholars both from us in the country and abroad. The study carried out on a sample of 75 teachers refers to their assessments on the quality and usefulness of the course Inclusive education, the quality of teaching the course, the relationship between the teacher-audience, the development of skills / competences in the field of inclusive education, as well as the teaching materials / technologies used in the framework.
