The content of the article reveals the importance and necessity of educational inclusion of children with special educational needs in mass education as well as the achievements of local and foreign researchers in the given field. Strategies are clarified to optimize the teaching / learning process in pre-school institutions. Concluding arguments for differentiated and individualized training in inclusive groups are presented and examples of psycho-pedagogical strategies for individualisation of the educational process used in the inclusive preschool institution.
