Abstract

The power of an economic entity can be tracked and measured only in crisis situations. Therefore, the proper receptivity of the organization's management depends on the exit from the crisis and the improvement of its negative influences on the enterprise. The quickest response can have immediate effect in improving the entity's activity, as the rebalancing of the situation denotes managers' professionalism and cohesion within the company. Many enterprises try to predict certain situations of crisis by developing early measures to prevent them, however, crises can escape out of control, and that is why it is important to know crisis detection methods, methods and tools, knowledge of indicators that reflect the threats and indicators to be calculated to determine the level of profitability and solvency of the economic entity.
