Аннотации:
The article reveals a model of pedagogical concept, alternative to traditional experience, materialized on the basis of the author's own researches in a practical system of educative-instructive training of educators in the spirit of general human and national values. These two components – concept and practice – are part of a new paradigm, which aims to be a response to the crisis of the values we are currently facing. The goal of the new paradigm – the ability of the individual to update his / her inner forces in the moral awareness of reality, aligning with the essential criteria of the recognized social ideal, which is being assimilated. This will enable the educator to interpret properly the ethical premises of the actions and the rational self-assess ability in favor of implementing the appropriate behavior in conflict situations.
