Abstract:
The grain quality indices were studied in a set of 24 winter wheat varieties, created in the scientific institutions in the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Russia and some European Union countries. In the pedoclimatic conditions of the north area of the Republic of Moldova in 2016 the best results on the content and quality of gluten were obtained at the varieties Capriana and Fenix, created in the Research Institute of Field Crops „Selectia”.
