Аннотации:
Was made an analysis of the changes in the parameters of the polysaccharide complex in the pear fruits of the varieties Vâstavochnaia and Noiabrskaia for long-term storage under the conditions of the ULO and under the influence of the preparation „Fitomag‖. It is shown that the applied storage methods have significantly slowed down the intensity of processes biodegradation of polysaccharides.
