Literature review dedicated to legal issues in professional communication, highlights the general approach of the subject on communication in general, and communication style in particular. Communication style, must be analyzed as a formation integrity, which clearly highlights two sub-main: motivational-semantic, manifested by targeting in communication (values, motives, purposes communicative), and operational presented in the form of processes, methods stable sources of communicative behavior. Communication style, as the unit is formed in the result, but also in the process of interaction and knowing participants in the act of communication.
