Abstract

The need to choice this subject arises from the fact that the choice of financing options is influenced by financing mechanisms for business. So, we considered that, initially, it is useful to identify and analyze the concept of potential factors that may influence the choice of financing method for enterprice. In the content of this article are identified and studied several factors influencing on financing mechanisms, like: risk level for business; firm position regarding taxes; financial flexibility or ability to obtain capital on reasonable conditions; sales stability; competitive structure; operational leverage; growing rate; profitability; control; skills of management team; market conditions; firm internal conditions etc. Thus, knowing the identity of each factor separately and its effects, the economic agent can choose between several financing options the option corresponding for his business.
