In order to optimize the teacher training process, to form communicative competences, it is necessary to systematize theoretical concepts and to combine the existing theory with speech communicative practice and obvious specific examples. Orientation towards multiculturalism that is becoming a leading pedagogical strategy of contemporary education is oriented towards variety, parity and dialogue. These principles gain priority in the pedagogical practice in conditions when the concepts and the subjects of the educational process are in the process of interaction in the polylingual educational space.
