In selecting the content of computer studies, the program notions are forced to balance between the fundamental aspects of computer science and its tools that evolve quickly. We have discussed the effects of an erroneous conception of computer studies content. In communication, a methodological formula is proposed in order to teach any computing disciplines: informational process informational models informational technologies. There are formulated five informational principles that serve as the basis for changes in the formula above.
