Abstract:
The present article presents the analysis of quality of training in Alecu Russo Balti State Univer- ity (USARB). The educational process is designed from both internal and external perspectives. The established diagnosis and conclusions are based on a solid empirical support: panel sociological investigations made during the years 2010-2015. The recommendations made to improve the quality of training are oriented redominantly towards diminishing the internal factors that hinder the educational process.
