Abstract

Management of producer’s industrial unit must be examine like ale the elements of the structural unity actual relations of thew (relations structural unity). Every process of system’s change of management must begin with diagnosis’s activity and to finish the same with it. Like a management’s method, the diagnosis is a process of factory’s investigation and their structural unity. It’s very important for factory of Moldova to active changes in managerial’s systems, it’s become of influence of many factors such as: the loss of markets, high price of capital, the lower development of technology, the ligh price for energetic’s resources and other.
