Аннотации:
The article proposes a means of describing developed competences within a university course from the perspective of competence based education. To fix the elements of competence description it has been suggested to use a special tool, called „matrix of competent action”, which contains description of the situational frame, categories of actions and the resources necessary to handle the situations efficiently. Description of competences of such an approach within a university course „Bases of Programming” has been presented.
