Аннотации:
This research was carried out of the need to bring theoretical and methodological arguments of the necessity of implementing Lifelong Learning in the university community. University is a space dominated by academic culture, creativity, where values are formed and implemented in practice. Thus, the need to develop and maintain the creative and innovative potential of students is dictated by the complex economic conjuncture and disturbances occurring in the market. Thus, the need for lifelong learning has become an imperative for emerging economies that want to achieve sustainability. The research methodology was focused on the following methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, abduction and qualitative research. The research results outline the need for lifelong learning as time passes and knowledge are subject to obsolescence and should be constantly updated and enhanced.
