Аннотации:
The article „Formation of Future Teachers’ Professional Competences’ deals with current problems of teacher training. The author emphasizes the professional competence together with cognitive, emotional, motivational, and managerial capacities. These competences are thoroughly studied, and thus we can say, that the idea of professional competence brings a significant transition from „what” to „how”. It contributes to the realization of a formative training and also requires an effort of duration and systematic educational actions.
