The professional adaptation of the specialists and its problems are in the centre of attention of the scientists and researchers. The article focuses on the experience of the process of specialists’ professional adaptation at the companies from developed countries: Japan, the USA and Germany.
The problems connected to the professional adaptation at the psychological level of the employee are emphasized. With the aim to neutralize the problems of the professional adaptation, a special program is used at the companies from the developed countries. We propose to do similar programs regarding specialists’ professional adaptation for the companies from the Republic of Moldova.
