Abstract

A special interest, today, has the authorization of special measures of investigation by the prosecutor, in its quality of basic guarantee to ensure the constitutional rights and freedoms and of the mechanism effective to ensure legality in the work of the special investigation. Thus, the actuality of the subject is determined by the necessity of strengthening of legality and the rule of law in the conditions of worsening of the situation of the crimes in the Republic of Moldova, by activating the criminal activity of the organized crime, the increase in the number of serious crimes and particularly serious and to the application, in these conditions, the entire spectrum of special measures of investigation authorized by the prosecutor, contributing, at the same time, to respect and ensure the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and the interests of the state and society.
