Abstract

The paper brings up an issue of information ethics role in using information technologies of modern society and reflects the views of N. Wiener on principles of solving ethic problems in the field of application of information techniques as well as his contribution to the development of the information ethics. The paper reflects the positions of information ethic theory of Cr. Gorniak-Kocikowska, L. Floridi Rafael Capurro which determine special features of a new ethics of the information society.
