Abstract

The evolution of progressive institution depends first of all on the people who invest intellectual and physical effort for efficient continuous activity as well as on the increase of traditional and electronic information resources that present the priority basis for qualitative service of the users. It also depends on the diversification and modernization of services, multiplying the opportunities according to new information technologies, establishing and maintaining partnerships and collaborations on the national and international levels in order to create the most favorable conditions for access to the latest and valuable information and documents for research training and academic processes. This article presents the Library pursued academic achievements in Balti for a decade.
