This paper analyzed the methodological elements of the implementation of performance management and analysis of the welfare effects of implementing enterprises. Have been reviewed most defined performance management approaches and its influence on achieving competitiveness. The issues have been identified the need to develop human capital that will help achieve competitiveness. The research focused on the use of the following methods: analysis, synthesis, comparative analysis, induction, deduction.
In conclusion we mention that with the implant entation enterprise performance management we can get long-term competitiveness.
