Calitatea serviciilor de referinţe în viziunea studenţilor şi a cadrelor didactice

Abstract

This paper presents the results of the sociological survey conducted in the Office of Bibliographic References. The purpose of the study was to observe, analyze and evaluate the quality of reference services provided by Scientific Library USARB for academic community. The survey was conducted during a six months period (February-July 2014) on a sample size of 100 respondents (50 students and 50 teachers).
