The paper presents an attempt to study the current possibilities for measuring the value of teachers' scientific contributions of USARB, highlighting the impact factor, the number of citations of scientific results published in the internet, as well as the most cited articles in three academic journals: Artă şi Educaţie Artistică, Limbaj şi Context, Glotodidactica, using Publish or Perish software, which demonstrates academic visibility of researches through Google Scholar. Increasing the impact and visibility of the USARB research can be achieved by including the implementation and development of a digital institutional repository, such as the Open Archives Recearch (ORA)-USARB, initiated by librarians in 2013.
