Abstract

The idea of forming the database emerged from the need to use the audio – video collection more effective.The database of Music Recordings in MP3 format was released in 2005 by Informatization service and the Office of Music Records and contains about 213 CDs, including 1 842 titles, 135 3 vinyl discs records with 361 titles. The MP3 database has a lot of features and benefits.
