Abstract

In this article, the academic achievements of a decade of the Scientific Libraries are presented. The evolution of a progressive institution depends primarily on the people who invest intellectual and physical effort for continuous effective activity, as well as the development of traditional and electronic informational resources, the basic priority for the qualitative service of users. Research training and academic processes also depend on the diversification and modernization of services, the multiplication of opportunities according to new information technologies, the establishment and maintenance of partnerships and collaborations at national and international level in order to create the most favorable conditions for access to the most recent and valuable information.
