| Abstract: | Today, cooperation is one of the main trends of bibliographic activity. The cooperation among libraries proves that the association of info documentary institutions thanks to projects not only provides wider access to information resources at the global and national levels, but also significantly reduces the costs of library technologies, in particular, the time required for certain activities. The study presents examples of consortia, collective catalogues, corporate cataloguing from the USA, Romania, Europe and the Republic of Moldova. In addition, the advantages of shared cataloguing are listed as well. |
