Abstract: This article is about criteria for scientists selected into the world ranking of top researchers based on the H-index, the i10 index, the g index,as well as the rate of the published work made within a specific field of study, scientific contributions realized by the scholars of four faculties. Also, the article containes information on Moldovan Standard SM ISO 690:2022, the international accreditation of the Balti University, the Webometrics ranking, USARB researchers ranking for the year 2023 and the new AD Scientific Index 2023.
